What is the minimum and maximum period for rental of equipment?

Equipment can be rented from the site from 2 days to 1 month.

For a period longer than one month, please contact us directly for an estimate via the ‘’contact’’ page of the site, by email to the following address louer@2kids1bag.com or by telephone  +33 (0)6 62 00 81 02.

What can I do if I don’t find the item I usually use for my children?

We have already referenced a number of products you can buy or rent from our 2kids1bag website. You can choose them directly on our website.

Do you want to make a particular request? Do you need to find, at your arrival in Paris, products (equipment or consumables) that you use for your children in England, in the United States, in Spain, in China, etc.?
Contact us! We will try to find them (we will answer you within 72 hours (working days) after getting your request by email at services@2kids1bag.com).

Is it possible to change the selected items once my order has been validated?

To change selected items, send an email to louer@2kids1bag.com at least 6 days before delivery date.

2kids1bag cannot guarantee that the new selected articles will be available.

What are the prices on your website?

Rental equipment prices are indicated on the website, TTC (inclusive of taxes). They do not include delivery rates (€12 inclusive of taxes).

These prices depend on the article (stroller, car seat, baby bouncer...), the chosen option and the length of rental.

What are your delivery rates?

Delivery rates (including recovery) are €12 (inclusive of taxes) for any order delivered in Ile-de-France (departments 75, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 78, 77) and for 4 maximum articles rented. For each order superior of 4 articles rented, delivery rates depends on the weight and the place to deliver.

does not for the moment deliver outside Ile-de-France.

What is the deposit ?

Provision of equipment (not collected) is subject to delivery of the security deposit by the hirer to the leaser by cashable cheque in France or in cash at the latest when the equipment is delivered, or by credit card via PayPal at least 48 hours before the date of delivery of the equipment. It is essential to provide you the leased equipment.

Its amount is determined for each rented item. It is intended to cover damage suffered because of damage or theft of the equipment. The amount is indicated on the site www.2kids1bag.com for each of the items and confirmed in the special conditions.

Under what conditions is the deposit returned?

After each return of rental equipment, the leaser proceeds within a period of 3 days to check the state of use of the equipment and, if all the components were given back, and the hirer has complied with the terms and conditions of sale, and has caused no damage,the leaser will return the whole amount of the deposit within 6 working days.

If the packaging is missing or damaged the hirer will be charged the lump sum of €15 (inclusive of all taxes). The cost of cleaning fabrics is charged the lump sum of €45  (inclusive of all taxes). Damaged mechanisms will lead to the leaser cashing the deposit.

How can I order?

You can book all our services (equipment rental, sale of consumables, terminal/airport transfers) directly on our website.

You can also send us an email to the following address: louer@2kids1bag.com with the following information:
- Selected services (rental, sale, transfer).
- Products: model, the brand and the amount.
- Dates, time slots and places of delivery and return

How can I cancel my order?

The cancellation request is done by email at louer@2kids1bag.com.
Each customer has the right of retraction granted by law (7days). When this period has elapsed you can still cancel your order until the 3rd working day before delivery date.

In case the order is cancelled after this period, whatever the cause, penalties equivalent to 20% of the total amount of the order will have to be paid.

Each order of a total amount superior of €200 (inclusive all taxes) or requested to a specific need (article not presented on the www.2kids1bag.com website when the order is registered) is irrevocable and definitive. In case the order is cancelled after the legal period, the total amount has to be paid.

How can I track my order?

You can login to your account on the 2kids1bag website and track your order: validated, paid, delivered, returned, etc.

Is it possible to change the rental period once my order has been validated?

Ask to modify the rental period (increase or decrease in the number of days) by email at louer@2kids1bag.com at least 3 working days before delivery date.

After that, the extension will be accepted only if these items are available. However, it is not possible to reduce the number of rental days.

Each started day is considered as a full day.

Can I order at the last minute ?

Yes (within the limits of available stocks). Please Contact us by phone +33 (0)6 62 00 81 02  and confirm us your order by email info@2kids1bag.com.
The payment will have to be made by credit card via Paypal before the delivery.

Delivery rates are for express request (delay of 4 hours) of €24 (inclusive all taxes) for maximum 4 articles rented.

How can I pay?

Payment of the order can be done by credit card directly on the Internet site using the PayPal secure system www.paypal.fr, by bank or postal cheque cashable in France, in cash or by bank transfer. The potential transfer fees will be paid by you.

 must receive payments at least 48 hours before the date of provision of equipment, and with a copy of your identity card if you are paying by cheque.

The order can also be paid in cash on the day of delivery. In this case, the amount of the security deposit must have been received by , at least 48 hours before the date of delivery by cheque or credit card. Otherwise the booking will be canceled.

For each order of a total amount superior of €200 (inclusive of all taxes) and whatever the method of payment, the payment must have been received by , at least 30 days before the date of delivery.

For each order with a specific need (article not presented on the www.2kids1bag.com website when the order is registered), the payment must have been received by , at least 7 working days before the date of delivery.

Before any payment and regardless of method of payment, you undertake to review and approve the present general terms and conditions of sale and the general terms and conditions of rental specified in the order.

How could I be sure that the payment is secure ?

Payment by credit card on www.2kids1bag.com website is using the PayPal secure system www.paypal.fr.

The transmitted information is coded by a software. No third party can acquaint with it during the transfer of data on the network.

Is it possible to modify the delivery and pick up addresses once my order has been validated?

If you need to change the delivery and pick up addresses send an email to louer@2kids1bag.com at least 3 working days before the delivery date.

Where and when does 2kids1bag deliver?

We deliver exclusively in Ile-de-France (departments 75, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 78, 77).

Delivery and recovery of the equipment are made by 2kids1bag directly or by a carrier mandated by 2kids1bag.

Delivery and recovery will be scheduled by appointment from Mondays to Sundays. A time slot of 2 hours is fixed in agreement with you. The recovery address can be different from the delivery address. These addresses are directly informed on the website.

Delivery rates including recovery are €12 inclusive of all taxes for 4 maximum articles ordered. For any orders with more than 4 articles, delivery rates are estimated in taking in account the weight of articles and the place to deliver.
